North Shore Toyota Parts specialise in spare and performance parts. They came to us for an eCommerce platform that would remove their reliance on Trademe.
With a vast range of parts (roughly 10,000 SKU’s) NST Parts were in need of an eCommerce site to replace TradeMe as their sales channel. The challenge was to build a customer-centric eCommerce platform that not only offers a clear user journey for both retail customers and resellers, but improves efficiency for NST Parts, allowing for future growth of the business.
Our eCommerce solution used Shopify and Sanity to build a rich and customised front end experience for car enthusiasts. Based on a full map of the customer journey and need states, our solution features custom search functionality and a custom combo feature. This tool allows consumers to fully customise their turbo build - and is the first of its kind for an auto-parts website.
The new platform has unlocked NST Parts’ own retail and wholesale channel, driving efficiencies and growth. It also helps showcase the team, experience, and the story behind the brand, to instil authority within the industry.
