Welcoming Tatum to the Flight team

Say hello to Tatum, our new Account Manager and all-round client champion. She’s joined our Client Services team to help guide projects, build strong partnerships, and support the kind of digital work that makes a real difference.

Before landing at Flight, Tatum was leading the in-house digital marketing efforts for a global apparel design and manufacturing company; managing everything from hunting to superyacht brands (yes, really). Now, she’s bringing that energy and experience to the Flight team, and clients.

We sat down with Tatum to get to know her a little better.

What made you want to come work here?

My goal has always been to work for an agency, so when looking online I came across a lot of agencies, however, Flight Digital stood out the most after taking a look at their Instagram and website. Here are the main reasons as to why I chose Flight:

Client diversity: The agency's clients were impressive and diverse, which aligned with my desire for a varied role working with multiple brands. This diversity allows for learning about various industries and how to market to different target audiences.

Career growth and progression: The opportunities for career progression and growth at Flight Digital were also appealing. Current employees seemed to be constantly progressing and upskilling. The "lunch and learns" were also a positive aspect.
Company culture: The company culture was almost the most important factor. I wanted to work somewhere that I would be excited to go to every morning. The team's high level of performance and organisation is refreshing. Additionally, the team's genuine dedication to their clients made me excited for the opportunity to learn and grow alongside my peers.

Do you have a hidden talent no one knows about?

I used to compete in latin american and ballroom dancing - so I in fact, do not have two left feet which I am forever grateful for!

What can we find you doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy activities such as teaching or attending reformer pilates classes, baking, going for hikes, and, of course, chatting and socialising. I'm also still training for a half marathon I've been talking about for two years!

What's your top irrational fear?

A bug crawling in my ear while I sleep - YUCK!
